Project #TwelveOaks in Ponte Vedra, Florida

With only eight months to complete for a family of five, Kipling House took their talents to Ponte Vedra, Florida to create a fresh and functional home. Discover how the talented team incorporated our lighting throughout this beautiful coastal home.

Entry

For the entryway, Kipling House utilized a neutral palette including light hardwood floors, fresh white walls and natural wood beams. A pair of Morris Large Lanterns by Suzanne Kasler anchor the space, creating a soft-yet-brilliant first impression for guests.

The McClain 12" Hardwired Picture Light by J. Randall Powers in Hand-Rubbed Antique Brass is the perfect addition to highlight this contemporary painting.

Back Kitchen

For the back kitchen, the Antonio Adjustable One Arm Wall Lamp by Thomas O’Brien, provides beautiful task lighting above the windows, making it an ideal prep space.

Powder Room

Boy's Bathroom
