The inaugural Texas Monthly Gulf Coast Show Home is now open for tours! The spectacular, 3,900-square-foot model home is located at Cinnamon Shore, a beachfront community on Mustang Island, Texas. Designed by Davies Collaborative and built by Legacy DCS, the timeless retreat is bursting with inspiration both inside and out. We had the pleasure of partnering with the Show Home team on the interior lighting throughout, and we are thrilled to share it with you today!

The Show Home was designed with Cinnamon Shore’s mission in mind: to not only be a beautiful vacation spot, but a gathering place for multiple generations of family and friends to return to year after year. The beaded Jacqueline Two-Tier Chandelier by AERIN hangs from the lofty ceiling in the living room.

Germain Large Single Sconces by Thomas O’Brien provide accent light throughout the walls of the living room, kitchen and dining area.

In beach homes where sand and sea inevitably follow family members inside, durability is key. In the powder room, practicality and style were delivered in equal measure. A golden mirror, sink fittings and Selfoss Sconces by AERIN accent the navy and white tile-lined walls.

High-traffic areas of the Show Home feature sensible materials with a major dose of fun. The wall behind the bar area is lit with Fulton Small Sconces by Ralph Lauren and is painted beachy blue chalkboard paint, perfect for writing daily itineraries, shopping lists and beyond.

The first of two master suites includes a spacious bathroom with a claw-foot tub, mosaic tile floors and Covington Pendants by E.F. Chapman with ribbed glass shades inspired by vintage telegraph insulators.

A cluster of Hicks Small Pendants by Thomas O’Brien hangs over a custom vanity in one of the second-floor bathrooms.

Custom bunk beds with built-in shelves underneath maximize space for sleep and play. Each bed is individually lit with Pimlico Double Swing Arms by E.F. Chapman for reading at night.

Luxurious accommodations are always appreciated when entertaining guests! The spa-like guestroom bath features square basin sinks with Bistro Double Light Curved Sconce by Ian K. Fowler over each mirror.

The third-floor master bathroom , pairs of rectangular Belden Single Pendants by Ian K. Fowler light either side of the granite-topped vanity.
