The point of this e-mail is to let you know that every once in awhile you come across a person who should be cloned. Angie is that person. Her customer service is exemplary. Angie is a pleasure to work with - she is quick to respond and is a problem solver. During our most recent installation at Jackson Hole we unpacked a couple of boxes with rusted hardware. Angie got on it and had FedEx overnight a package with replacement parts. It saved the day. We are grateful for all she does and tell her how much we appreciate her as often as we can. I am writing to convey my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received from Ashley Sellen. Over a period of several weeks, I posed numerous questions about several lighting fixtures and Ms. Sellen answered all my questions about various fixture models, sent me photos to show me certain fixtures in room settings, inquired of a showroom to obtain a measurement that was not on the website diagram, and helped me with some technical information concerning wattage and wiring. Ms. Sellen also obtained the answers to my questions quickly, and related the information clearly -- and always in a very friendly way! I regret that I have not been able to find just the right fixtures for my bedroom (there are a ridiculous number of constraints) but it was not for lack of effort by Ms. Sellen. Because of the service I received, Circalighting will always be the first place I look in the hope of finding the right light.

I wanted to write and tell you how amazing angie has been to work with.  we are a design firm based in new york city but are finishing up ff&e for a music venue and lounge in athens, georgia. 

we had been specifying ff&e for a hotel indigo in athens when the developers also hired us for the music venue/ lounge housed in the same building.

the lounge/venue only had budget approval in early july and is having an opening party august 28th.

angie has been amazing every step of the way.  she responded promptly to every rushed inquiry and went the extra mile to locate fixtures for us when there appeared to be no stock available.

I especially appreciate that she acknowledges every email and web inquiry in a timely fashion as this particular project has such a tight deadline.

I just can't say enough good things about her.

I wanted to send you a note praising Lauren in the Savannah Showroom.  She has become such an important part of my equation and is such a joy to work with.  Recently she helped string crystals in a large installation and it was such a relief to have it done correctly and with such care.  Her design background allows her to filter through ideas and make qualified suggestions.  So far, her organization and follow up has been impeccable since we got on the same page last year this time.  Just thought you should know!

Oh, and I love all of the added crystal in the line and the designs keep getting better and better.  I'm an addict. Thank you for being in Savannah.
