Thank you for choosing Circa Lighting for your recent lighting purchase!

We truly hope you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our return policy provides for the return of any non-installed items in the original packaging within 30 days.

requirements for a successful return

  • Was your item delivered within the last 30 days?
  • Is the item in the factory carton complete with all original packaging?
  • Are all lampshades in original wrapping?
  • If your return meets the above criteria, please call 877.762.2323 to speak to your salesperson and request a return. 

please remember

  • Returns will be accepted with prior authorization only.  Any returns received in our warehouse without an issued return authorization number will be ineligible for a Circa Lighting refund and will only be returned to you at your expense.
  • The entire item must be returned in its original packaging, including all wrapping and factory carton.
  • Please do not write or put any markings on the outside of the carton. In an effort to reduce waste, your carton may be reused.
  • The item must be packed exactly as it was shipped.  Any slight variation can cause damage or scratching to the piece and could invalidate your return.
  • Installed or customized items may not be returned.
  • Shades purchased individually may not be returned.
  • Web special sales are a final sale.

restocking fees

  • All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.   
  • Returns on expedited orders will automatically be charged a 25% restocking fee.
  • Shades missing original wrapping will be subject to a $25.00 per shade restocking fee.
  • Please note you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping, including insurance for the full retail value of the item.
  • If you require UPS pick up service, there will be an additional $8.00 fee per pick up.

The exact amount of the refund less applicable restocking fees will be determined once the fixture has safely reached our warehouse and been inspected. 

This process generally takes 7 to 10 days after the product reaches the warehouse.  Your credit card will then be credited for the appropriate refund based on our inspection, and a copy of the return credit will be emailed to you at that time.
