We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason
you are not satisfied, you may return any non-installed fixtures for refund or
exchange within 30 days of receipt by following these important steps. Please
understand that any installed fixtures are non returnable.
- Please call our customer service department at 877.762.2323 and you will be
issued a return authorization number.
- The entire fixture must be returned in its original packaging and factory
carton.
- Include a copy of the original receipt inside the carton.
- Include the Return Authorization number on the shipping label.

Please note you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping and insurance. We recommend you insure the return package and keep the shipping receipt on hand until the credit is issued.
Your credit card will be credited for the price of the item and any taxes when
we have received and processed your return. Please note that credit card
companies vary on the time it takes for a credit to appear on their customers’
records. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear
on your statement.
All returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. If you are
considering purchasing multiple quantities of a single item, we suggest you
order one first to make sure it fits your needs. Returns on expedited orders will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
No returns will be accepted on custom orders or web special sales.
