Ordering
Orders can be placed on line or by phone through one of our stores. Registered trade customers are required to place orders via fax, email or on line. All orders are entered the day they are placed and a copy of your sales order will be emailed to you for your reference. Lead times will be noted on the sales order. All in stock items will ship within 7 – 10 business days.
Customers who have placed their order on line have the ability to see their order history by clicking the link check order history at the top of every page on our web site.
Plan ahead by beginning your lighting selection early in your decorating process and consider lead times. Many fixtures may be in production with a typical lead time ranging from 4 – 8 weeks. A Circa Lighting salesperson will assist you in finding alternative choices should your installation date conflict with a production lead time.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival. If a fixture appears damaged in transit, contact our customer service department at 877.762.2323 within 24 hours of arrival and retain all packing material for the carrier claim inspection. The customer service representative will arrange the replacement order as quickly as possible. If your order was placed by phone through one of our store locations, please contact that store directly.
Custom orders – please call our toll free number at 877.762.2323 or one of our stores directly to discuss placing a custom order. Custom orders include any specification that differs from the description on line – such as modifying a height on a ceiling fixture or installing an on/off switch on a sconce. A sales representative will be happy to assist you in discussing custom capabilities and obtaining quotes with estimated lead times. All custom orders are non-returnable.
