Orders may be placed directly online or by contacting one of our
sales and customer service
representatives. You may also call 877.762.2323 for assistance. All
orders sent in via email or fax will be processed and a copy of your sales order
will be emailed to you for your reference. Lead times will be noted on the sales
order. All in stock items will ship within 7 business days.
Customers who have placed their order online have the
ability to see their order history by signing in to their account and choosing
the view order history link that
appears.
Many fixtures may be in production with a typical
lead time ranging from 4 – 8 weeks. We recommend you begin your lighting
selection early in the decorating process and consider lead times. A Circa
Lighting sales and customer service representative will assist you in finding
alternative choices should your installation date conflict with a production
lead time.
Please inspect your shipment immediately upon
arrival. If a fixture appears damaged in transit, contact us at 877.762.2323
within 24 hours of arrival and retain all packing material for the carrier claim
inspection. A sales and customer service representative will arrange the
replacement order as quickly as possible. If your order was placed by phone
through one of our showrooms, please contact that
showroom directly.
For help with custom orders, please call our toll
free number at 877.762.2323. Custom orders include any specification that
differs from the description online – such as modifying the height of a ceiling
fixture or installing an on/off switch on a sconce. A sales representative will
be happy to assist you in discussing custom capabilities and obtaining quotes
with estimated lead times. All custom orders are non-returnable.
