To set up a trade account please follow these simple steps:

  1. Fill out the on line Trade Registration form and click submit
  2. Tax exempt customers will need to complete the sales tax exemption form and fax it to 888.831.3591 or email it to traderegistration@circalighting.com
  3. Once you have completed these steps for approval you will receive a confirmation email

If you already have an established trade account please note there is a new login screen where approved trade customers must now log on before placing an order.

As part of our continuing effort to provide new services to our trade members on-line, we have developed several new features to the web site.

Once you’ve logged in you can begin to take advantage of the QUOTE feature. This feature allows you to build and store multiple quotes by project name on our site. You must login with your username and password in order to create a quote or view any stored quotes.

To create a new quote, click on lights and a category – for example, ceiling lights. Click on the thumbnail image of a light you wish to add to your quote. On the image detail page, select your preferred finish and quantity; choose new quote in the drop down list next to add to quote, name your new quote and click on add to quote. Continue to add additional items to your new quote by repeating the same steps. You can review your quote at any time by clicking on view quotes at the top of the page. A quote summary screen will appear with a list of all active quotes you have created. Click on view to see the details of a specific quote.

Quotes can also be shared with colleagues and clients by email. When viewing a quote, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on email quote.

In addition, you can now check your online order history with a new link at the top of the page. Enter your email address and order number and a detailed summary of the order will appear on screen including the billing and shipping address and a list of the items on the order. Once an order has shipped complete the status is changed from pending to complete.
